The House

Alpha Lambda is so proud of our "little white house!" Members have been living in the chapter house since the early 1960s. Thirty-four juniors and seniors have the privilege of living in the house. Having this space for all Delta Gammas on campus is truly the "home away from home" that so many new students are looking for when they go away to school. All chapter members receive a key to the house and are welcome to come over to study, have a meal, hang out with members, or participate in one of our many movie nights! (popcorn included!)

Whether Delta Gammas "live-in" or "live-out" we are all lucky to have meals provided by the lovely Chef Crystal and College Chefs. You can always find her in the kitchen during lunch or dinner asking how the meals turned out or if we have any recommendations. Chef Crystal is also very accommodating to any food allergies, sensitivities or religious restrictions!

Some of our best DG memories are made in the Delta Gamma house. Living with thirty-four fellow members, there is always someone to talk to, and if you need anything, someone is bound to have it! "Going home" to 1227 34th Street on Bid Day is the start of an amazing Delta Gamma experience. Know there is always a home for you with the DeeGee's at the little white house! It's not four years, it's forever!

"From the outside looking in, you can never understand it. From the inside looking out, you can never explain it."
